- The daily rates start at 14:00h and end up at 12:00h. Anticipated arrivals or extending exits may be accepted only according to our availability and are charged.
- The price above is given in Real (brazilian money). The agencies receive 10% in commissions.

- Children are free of charge until five years old. More than this age, it is charged an additional of 25% on the double room’s daily rate for the extra bed.
- The payment is done direct at the Hotel (all cards are accepted) or credited until 15 (fifteen days) after the guest departure. In this case, it is possible to concede the credit by previous approval of our management.
- Reservation without previous payment will be canceled automatically at 18:00 h of the arrival date.
- Validity: these rates are valid to 2008, excluding the Reveillon and Carnival 2009.
